These terms govern your use of the Nutritionist Hungary platform. By accessing our expert dietary advice and online consultation booking systems, you agree to the framework outlined below, designed to ensure professional clarity and mutual respect.
1. Agreement to Terms
Throughout these Terms of Service, "Nutritionist Hungary," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the professional nutrition consultancy operating from Nyíregyháza, Hungary. By accessing nutritionist-hungary.hu, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent.
Your access to and use of our services—including online consultation booking and dietary resources—is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2. Consultation Protocol
Online consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a private environment for the duration of the session.
- • All consultation times are scheduled based on Central European Time (CET/CEST).
- • Initial assessment forms must be completed 24 hours prior to the first booking.
- • Recording of sessions without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Clinical Disclaimer
The dietary advice provided by Nutritionist Hungary is intended for educational and lifestyle optimization purposes only.
Our nutritional guidance is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose diseases, nor do we provide medical prescriptions. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider before making significant changes to their diet or supplement regimen, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication.
By using our services, you acknowledge that outcome results vary based on individual physiological factors, adherence to plans, and lifestyle choices. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% service fee.
In the event of a "no-show" (missing an appointment without prior notification), the full fee will be retained. Nutritionist Hungary reserves the right to cancel sessions for medical or emergency reasons, in which case a full refund or immediate rescheduling will be offered.
